- Develop and implement monetization strategies, including pricing, store optimization, offers, battle passes, ad monetisation strategy, etc.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, setting day-to-day priorities and ensuring smooth operations.
- Set and track KPIs for engagement and revenue, continuously assessing performance data and leading initiatives to improve these metrics.
- Manage the calendar and deployment of live events, updates, and in-game promotions to maintain an active player base.
- Oversee the execution and troubleshooting of in-game events, feature releases, and seasonal updates to maximize engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to analyze event performance and player behavior, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze player behavior, experiment with new monetization tactics, and iterate based on insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Game Economy, Production, and other key departments to ensure a cohesive strategy that leverages LiveOps to enhance the player experience.
- Identify opportunities for new features, events, or economy adjustments based on player data and market trends to drive engagement and monetization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in LiveOps and monetization, ensuring Stumble Guys remains competitive in the multiplayer party game space.
- Experience: 5+ years in game monetization, live operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management position.
- Proven and extensive experience leading performance teams in social or mobile F2P games, ideally running a live game with strong Social / PvP / Multiplayer elements
- Monetisation Expertise: Proven track record of managing live operations, seasonal events, and engagement-driven monetization strategies in free-to-play games.
- People Leadership: Strong ability to lead and develop teams while maintaining operational excellence.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable monetization and engagement strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, community, production, and other stakeholders to drive performance goals.
- Hands-on Execution: Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on, diving into monetization planning and LiveOps execution when needed.
