Proxibit is a leading firm specializing in the trading, custody, and management of digital assets for private and corporate clients.We are looking for a meticulous and responsible candidate with a passion for the crypto space and exceptional operational and service skills to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

Execute trades and monitor daily market activity.
Manage client accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and data maintenance.
Utilize Excel for operational control, reporting, and analysis.
Provide exceptional customer support and resolve client inquiries in real-time.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto trading or operations - a must.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) - a must.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong service orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Bachelor's degree - an advantage.
Experience with automation or AI tools - a strong advantage.
