Operations Lead

• Create, manage and maintain operational infrastructures to increase impact velocity and the company's ability to move faster towards its goals, including managing SWAG and gifts for employees and suppliers, booking travel arrangements, and organizing events and meet-ups.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. This includes managing contracts, negotiating agreements, and ongoing performance reviews.
• Collaborate with finance to manage operations budgets and procurement, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee company credit cards and employee expenses.
• Handle day-to-day office operations.

• You have a legal background or are completing your internship and are eager to transition out of the legal field, or you bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-tech environment.
• You have proven experience in procurement management, vendor relations, and contract negotiations .
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• You have experience optimizing operational processes, automating tasks, and improving workflows.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are passionate about working in a fast-growing environment with a "get things done" mentality.
