Performance Marketing Associate

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Own campaign setup, targeting, budgets, audience strategy, and day-to-day adjustments
- Build creative briefs and work with the content/design team to deliver high-performing ads
- Monitor and react to trends across platforms to maintain strong ROAS and CAC targets
- Forecast and project monthly paid media performance and budget allocation
- Track and report on key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and MER
- Implement tracking best practices (pixels, UTMs, attribution logic) across platforms
- Own the creation and delivery of weekly and monthly e-commerce reports
- Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to optimize results
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and email teams to align funnel strategy and messaging
- Manage the affiliate platform (Awin): upload banners and copy, optimize performance, and report results
- Propose and execute new growth experiments and campaign structures
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid social and affiliate marketing (especially Meta and TikTok)
- Proven experience managing e-commerce budgets
- Strong understanding of tracking setup, attribution models, and full-funnel reporting
- Ability to brief and guide creative assets that are both brand-aligned and performance-driven
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with confidence in testing and iterating to improve results
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, and/or Triple Whale is a strong advantage
- Bonus points for strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with pixel troubleshooting
