Technical Pre-Post Sales Manager

• Lead pre-sales activities for prospects, including technical deployment sessions, initial onboarding, and POC kick-offs, while providing support to the sales team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our customers post-sale, conducting technical onboarding sessions, quarterly reviews, and driving adoption and retention.
• Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Engage in remote, customer-facing interactions to deliver exceptional service.

• 3+ years of Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls) and hypervisors (deploying VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) - Mandatory.
• Comfortable working with Linux-based and Windows-based systems.
• Working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.
• Experience in negotiation, procurement, and contract management is a plus.

• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral) is a MUST.
• Full-time position based in Ramat Gan (Bursa). The position is mainly in-office.
