Key Responsibilities**
- :Own the global SMB growth strategy across key regions and partner type
- sBuild and scale a partner-led SMB program via distis, MSPs, and e-commerc
- eDesign business-ready bundles with clear pricing, positioning, and ROI impac
- tDevelop localized GTM playbooks and activation plans for distributors and partner
- sLead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement with FastStart kits and tool
- sAlign cross-functional teams - product, sales, ops, marketing - for smooth executio
- nStreamline operational flows: provisioning, licensing, fulfillment, and User Center acces
- sLaunch campaigns and promotions to accelerate adoption, usage, and revenue growt
- hTrack KPIs, analyze performance, and present actionable insights to senior leadershi
Qualification
- s:7+ years of experience in GTM, business development, or program leadership rol
- esProven success in launching and scaling global partner or SMB progra
- msStrong understanding of channel ecosystems - MSPs, distributors, DMRs, marketplac
- esExperience creating commercial bundles, sales plays, and partner-facing materia
- lsAbility to lead cross-functional execution across product, ops, sales, and marketi
- ngExcellent communication and storytelling skills - from strategy decks to partner briefin
- gsData-driven decision maker with strong analytical and planning capabiliti
- esExperience working with international teams and managing regionally distributed initiativ
- esBackground in cybersecurity, networking, or B2B SaaS - a strong advanta
