Join the Aircraft Retrofit & Upgrade Plant at IAI's Aviation Division and become a key player in real-time software integration and testing for advanced avionics systems.Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual and automated software testing for real-time embedded systems

Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution documentation

Build software releases and prepare official release notes

Install and validate software versions on target platforms

Interface with customers, collect feedback, and provide follow-up support

Ensure project targets are met, including quality, timeline, and compliance with internal engineering procedures

Work as part of a team while demonstrating strong self-learning capabilities

Requirements:

Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering - mandatory

Over 5 years of experience in testing RT/Embedded systems - mandatory

Willingness to travel abroad as part of the role

Familiarity with programming in C, C++, and C# - advantage

Understanding of software integration processes - mandatory

Experience in automation and scripting - advantage

Knowledge of avionics systems - advantage

Experience with DevOps methodologies - advantage

Proficiency with ALM tools and CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience with Python - advantage
