- Education: Clearly explain NetNut's value proposition and how our solutions can help.
- Trial Activation: Guide qualified leads through the trial process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions and lead status updates in HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure a seamless handoff and feedback loop.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Fast, clear communicator with a “can-do” attitude.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies.
