- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including vendor relations, supply and grocery procurement, facilities maintenance, and mail management. You'll collaborate closely with HR to provide a seamless office integration for new hires.
- Employee Well-being & Events: Plan and execute all company events, from holiday celebrations and birthday recognitions to diverse well-being activities, and support broader employee recognition programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate clear internal communication and actively coordinate with partners on shared logistical needs. You'll also work closely with HR Operations on initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Management role, specifically within a fast-paced startup environment.
- High level spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Front desk: welcoming guests, candidates, and partners, daily management of the office.
- Calendar coordination and scheduling.
- Vendor management and office supplies, Office cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth operations.
- Employee support and assistance to the HR team.
- Welfare activities: company events, conferences, Happy Hours.
