- Handle and coordinate active calendars, schedule and confirm meetings.
- Ensure organization based on office protocol, provide ad hoc support to management as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Hebrew- Mother tongue, English- High level working proficiency (3rd or more languages - advantage).
