- Monitor the frameworks of all activities
- Ensure all projects are updated in supporting systems in coordination with the technical team
- Experience in customer service

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Broad systemic vision
- Proficiency in computer applications and Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in calendar management (an advantage)
