**_We're looking for a talented Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. This is a temporary position supporting procurement operations and compliance activities. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference - we want to hear from you!Responsibilities (English)Support Procurement activities in collaboration with procurement managers & buyers:Provide administrative support across the Procurement departmentManage supplier onboarding and updatesCreate and track purchase orders, follow up with suppliersUpload procurement agreements into the contract systemSupport compliance activities in collaboration with Internal Audit and PepsiCo:Perform monthly controlsAssist with risk assessments for non-IT vendorsSupport TPDD process for existing suppliersHelp map gaps between SodaStream and PepsiCo proceduresSupport the HRDD processQualifications (English)
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one
  • High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in Excel - mandatory
  • Analytical thinking - strong advantage
  • Experience in an industrial/global company - strong advantage
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent service orientation
  • This is a Temporary and a Part-time role, 3-4 days of work, for 6 months, with an option
