- Issuing invoices, tracking payments, and managing collections
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling task coordination
- Creating and improving operational and financial Excel reports
- Supporting contract and legal documentation management
- Coordinating cross-team operational processes (HR, Marketing, Partners)
- Managing procurement, supplier payments, and internal controls
- Organizing employee engagement and wellbeing events
- Communicating with external stakeholders: accountants, partners, clients (Hebrew & English)
- Previous experience in an operational/admin/finance role - required
- Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and a love for numbers
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- A systems thinker - you don't just “do” tasks, you understand how they fit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Bonus: coursework or background in bookkeeping / payroll / business admin
