The role is a unique blend of both daily operational execution and relationship management. The ideal candidate must be exceptionally detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.**Location: Tel Aviv, Israel****Hybrid****Full-time**What You'll Do

Daily handling of processing Incoming payments to our customers.
Local point of contact for managing relationships with partner banks & providers, including daily communication via email and phone
Processing incoming payment files from banks and providers
Monitoring all incoming payments operational activity - statuses, volumes, duplicates, and technical issues
Checking for payments statuses with our banking partners
Actively engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, identify trends, and find creative solutions using technology and opportunities for automation
Handling various operational tasks on a daily basis

What We're Looking For

Bachelors Degree
2+ years of experience in the Banks/FX industry
Microsoft Office - advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
Experience working with SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work with many systems and different global teams within the company
Creative thinker, proactive, problem solver
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, organizing effectively and asking the right questions
Ability and willingness to “get your hands dirty” and take ownership of issues to drive them to resolution
