- Deepening existing opportunities in European markets (strategic clients, partnerships, projects and initiatives)
- Managing the entire sales process with end customers, local marketers, representatives and distributors - from the identification stage to closing the deal
- Preparing price proposals, responding to tenders, and conducting contractual negotiations until launch while achieving revenue targets
- Writing technical and business documents, such as system specifications and statements of work (SOWs), and leading the process with legal advisors for drafting contracts
- Developing strategic collaborations with international companies and technology partners, and expanding marketing and sales channels
- Planning and implementing go-to-market strategies in European markets and new target markets
- Representing the company in exhibitions and conferences abroad, including organizing meetings and presenting solutions
- Working closely with development, engineering and product teams to adapt company systems to the needs of each market and customer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and marketing in European or new international markets, with an emphasis on defense and complex technologies
- Connections and marketing channels in target markets, including customers, agents, and local marketers
- Proven experience in closing B2B, B2G, and G2G transactions on a significant scale
- Experience in leading negotiation processes, drafting and adapting contracts, and responding to international tenders
- Full proficiency in English at level of native speaker - advantage for other languages
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently
