M&A Director

• Source, evaluate, and execute M&A, joint ventures and business combination opportunities aligned with corporate strategy on a worldwide basis.
• Manage end-to-end deal processes including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors throughout transactions.
• Support post-merger integration and value realization initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in M&A, financial advisory, or investment banking, ideally in energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and deal execution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector and project finance, an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Flexibility to be both detail-oriented and results-driven, and able to thrive in a cross-functional and fast paced environment.
• Strong initiative to push complex processes forward, while engaging and aligning internal stakeholders to drive successful transaction outcomes.
• Proven ability to push initiatives forward and drive deals to completion.
• Strong English skills (both written and spoken), a must.
