- Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery teams to manage, improve, and scale delivery processes.
- Support Delivery leadership and client-facing teams in enhancing productivity, visibility, and efficiency within the Customer operation organization.
- Define and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as Customer Health, Churn, and Time to First Value.
- Act as a system administrator and subject matter expert for Delivery platforms, including Monday.com ensuring optimal configuration and usage.
- Lead and execute projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and automation throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Continuously assess and refine system workflows and adoption to ensure they meet evolving team needs.
- Use Salesforce for more information that will support the recommendations
- Up to 2 years of experience in Operations, Systems Integration, or Business Applications Implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com - MUST; familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- B.Sc. in Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong skills in Excel and workflow automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or Planhat - an advantage.
- Understanding of Customer Delivery, Onboarding, and Customer Success processes and metrics.
