**LiveU is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our global team and help drive our next phase of growth.In this role, you'll manage customer orders across the full quote-to-cash cycle, working closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain. We're looking for someone independent, motivated, and committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. You'll report to the Order Management Team Leader (EMEA & APAC) and play a key role in optimizing processes and enhancing customer experience.Location: Kfar Saba, Hybrid.Main Responsibilities Include

Manage international orders across multiple business models (sales, rental, lease), ensuring accurate and timely entry into the ERP system in compliance with company policies.
Oversee the full sales cycle process: review customer orders, enter them into the system, coordinate with the operations team, and follow up on inventory, backlog, and shipments.
Maintain and update order-related databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Operate and support order processing in ERP and Salesforce platforms.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to improve sales support efficiency.
Serve as a key point of contact between Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Operations for data alignment and process coordination.
Generate and analyze sales reports to support business decisions and performance tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field
High proficiency in English - both written and spoken
Strong Excel skills - a must
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven
Excellent problem-solving abilities, follow-up, and time management skills
Experience with Priority ERP or Salesforce - a plus
