- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the CEO dynamic calendar, including scheduling, coordinating meetings. Using judgment when scheduling meetings, determining purpose, urgency, and minimum time required.
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Preparing and submitting expense reports on behalf of the CEO, CBO and CFO.
- Drive purchase requests with focus on office supplies and PO closure with accounting.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and maintain documents and files.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other CEO documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the CEO.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage various projects and deadlines directly related to the CEO's priorities.
- Proactively assist with coordination of gifts, events, guest accommodations, technical support, purchasing, visas, and other tasks.
- Be a role model for work commitment and personal productivity. Work in concert with all internal/external stakeholders to achieve the best collective outcomes. Provide consistently outstanding service to all consumers.
- Support CEO on personal arrangements when needed.
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant or similar role to CEO.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software and familiarity with office equipment and digital platforms (e.g., e-calendars and Zoom).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

- Proactive and able to work independently.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to dynamic schedules in a global environment.
