- Own, manage, and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, META, Twitter/X, and Reddit) in both Hebrew and English
- Create a wide variety of content formats - including posts, captions, visuals, scripts, short-form videos, carousels, and newsletters - that align with our brand voice and business goals
- Build and maintain a content calendar that includes thought leadership, product updates, trends, and real-time reactions
- Leverage design and AI-powered tools to create engaging visuals and videos for social media content.
- Monitor conversations across platforms and engage actively through thoughtful comments and replies
- Promote and engage with relevant groups and communities to drive awareness of Priority campaigns and product offerings
- Spot and act on relevant trends and news to keep our brand voice fresh and relevant
- Activate and support our employee advocacy program, encouraging employees to share content and amplify our message
- Track and optimize performance based on engagement, reach, conversions, and campaign impact - using insights to improve results over time
- Collaborate with the demand gen team to develop engaging visual and written content, and drive strategic social media support for marketing initiatives such as product launches, webinars, campaigns, and events
- Execute and support high-visibility campaigns across social platforms
- Support internal enablement by sharing best practices and AI-driven content creation tips with other departments (Sales, Product, HR)
- Stay up to date with platform changes, MarTech innovations, and social media best practices
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (both writing and editing)
- 2-3 years of experience managing social media in a B2B setting (software or tech preferred)
- Proven ability to build and manage online communities - not just publish content
- Strong instincts for what works on each platform and how to adapt messaging per channel
- Experience with employee engagement or ambassador programs
- Solid understanding of social analytics and listening tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Meta Analytics)
- A creative, proactive mindset and the ability to react quickly and thoughtfully to breaking trends and opportunities
- Storytelling skills and a strong sense for narrative-driven content
- A self-starter who thrives on building from scratch and taking initiative to innovate across social channels
- Experience with AI tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Veo3, Runway, Monday, and others
- Bonus: Experience leading internal training sessions or workshops on content or social media best practices
