Temporary Personal Assistant to CTO

- Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage daily scheduling
- Inbox & Communication Oversight: Review incoming emails and messages, flag and prioritize urgent or important issues
- Task Facilitation: Track tasks and deadlines, support follow-ups, and help ensure progress on open action items
- Meeting Support: Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and summaries when required
- Personal Assistance: Provide daily support for work-related activities and logistics, including light errands if necessary
- Available to work on-site in Azrieli TLV at least 1 days a week (approx. 2-3 hours per day)
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant capacity - Advantage
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with people at all levels
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
