- Leading supervision and control of electrical systems at power plants and the company's solar assets.
- Ensuring compliance with international standards (TUC, IEC, CE, FAA, ICAO).
- Managing integration processes between electrical systems, including high and low voltage systems.
- Overseeing electrical safety, inspections, and professional certifications.
- Managing preventive and routine maintenance.
- Planning and leading technological upgrades.
- Monitoring operational performance and energy efficiency.
- Managing electrical teams in multi-disciplinary projects.
- Participating in strategic decision-making in the fields of energy and sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
- Registration with the Engineers' Registry - certified Electrical Engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience in design, supervision, or management of electrical systems in industrial or energy projects.
- Proficiency in international standards: TUC, IEC, CE, FAA, ICAO.
- Familiarity with high and low voltage systems, electrical panels, backup systems, control systems, and SCADA.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities, including the Electricity Authority, Electric Company, Standards Institute, and Ministry of Energy.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex electrical drawings and plans.
- Experience managing technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Technical writing skills and preparation of design documents, specifications, and work instructions.
- Availability to work on projects nationwide.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
