Description:We're seeking a marketing leader for one of Playstudios' game portfolios. This multifaceted role involves being an Art Director, designer, mentor, and manager. You'll identify team strengths, weaknesses, and potential, provide feedback, and ensure marketing quality. Communication and planning skills are critical. You will collaborate with creative leads, designers, analysts, user acquisition managers, animators, 3D artists, and vendors to strategize and implement marketing plans. Success in this role requires exceptional art direction skills and teamwork.The Creative Marketing Art Director is expected to:
  • Lead a team in consistently delivering high-quality marketing assets on time and within budget.
  • Foster close relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure coordinated production and delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Show initiative and resilience in a fast-paced environment, thriving as a self-starter.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects across different products in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Engage in hands-on creative development, ensuring outputs resonate with the target audience and can be utilized across various marketing channels.
  • Oversee and execute creative A/B testing strategies and perform creative performance analyses for marketing campaigns.
  • Document and present marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, while actively promoting them.
  • Identify and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance content production processes.
  • Proactively keep track of trends in design, user experience, and social media.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and initiatives, paying close attention to craft and detail.
  • Continually seek better and more innovative marketing solutions.
  • Provide constructive and detailed art direction and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 5 years experience in marketing’s creative environment.
  • Experience in critiquing and clear communication of ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple team members, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of branding, brand tone of voice, visual language, and visual communication.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • VERY STRONG sense of typography and graphic design.
  • Ability to work in a creative, collaborative, and often interrupted work environment.
  • Self-direction, drive; willing to ask for help or engage assistance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English.
  • Exceptional organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
