- Paid Media Management:
- Manage relationships with external paid media agencies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- Effectively communicate business objectives and provide feedback to ensure campaign success.
- Manage and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
- Innovation in growth strategies:
- Spearhead innovation initiatives within the growth team, exploring new and creative ways to acquire and retain users.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to inform growth strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and paid media.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team - Must
- Proven track record of driving growth in a similar managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing SEO and paid media strategies, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing significant budgets and achieving measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and the latest industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
