Cloud Technical Support Engineer

- Own technical support from start to finish: onboarding, troubleshooting, training, and more
- Investigate and resolve complex issues by analyzing logs, running SQL queries, making API calls, and applying critical thinking
- Deliver product walkthroughs and ensure smooth customer adoption
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to manage bug reports, feature feedback, and continuous improvements
- Maintain and expand our internal knowledge base
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years in a technical support role for SaaS or cloud-based products (experience with MSPs or Cloud Resellers is a plus)
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP (Cloud Vendor or FinOps practitioner-level certifications are a bonus)
- Experience working with APIs, SQL, and tools like Zendesk and Jira
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Organized, independent, and able to juggle tasks with confidence
- Know how to read or write code (e.g. Python, JavaScript). It's not a must, but it gives you an edge when digging into issues or collaborating with R&D
