In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights and decision support to senior management. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, while managing a team of FP&A analysts. - Industry experience - Forex\Gaming\Casino\Global Clearing Companies - Experience requiredRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Kfar Saba for an FP&A TEAM LEADER. The FP&A Team Leader will oversee the financial planning and analysis functions for the organization. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role requires collaborating with various departments to ensure financial alignment, conducting variance analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.QualificationsIndustry experience - Forex\Gaming\Casino\Global Clearing Companies - Experience required

Strong Analytical Skills
Expertise in Finance and Financial Services
Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
Experience in Auditing
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA/CPA is a plus
Proficiency in financial software and tools
