- משרה מלאה
- Design, calibrate, and validate multi-camera rigs (including non-overlapping setups), lenses, and illumination.
- Build real-time pipelines for detection, object tracking, and 6-DoF pose/velocity estimation on embedded hardware (e.g., Jetson).
- Develop and deploy Structure-from-Motion, VO/SLAM modules, and (ideally) visual servoing controllers.
- Lead camera/IMU/extrinsic calibration, synchronization, rolling-shutter handling, and robustness to blur/lighting.
- Ship production-grade C++/Python code with clear tests, benchmarks, and monitoring.
- Strong math background in multi-view geometry (epipolar geometry, PnP/EPnP, bundle adjustment, BA sparsity).
- Hands-on with optics and cameras: lens models, distortion, exposure/AGC, MTF/SNR, sensor readout, sync.
- Expertise in SfM/VO/SLAM and object tracking (e.g., KLT/optical flow, SORT/DeepSORT, Kalman/IMM).
- Proficiency with C++17 and Python, OpenCV, linear algebra libraries; comfortable with performance profiling.
- Experience deploying on robots or embedded systems (CUDA/Jetson a plus).
- Visual servoing (IBVS/PBVS), control theory, and real-time constraints.
- ROS2, GStreamer/V4L2, camera drivers, factory calibration tooling.
- Familiarity with Isaac/Unity/Unreal simulation and dataset generation.
- Modern deep-tracking/pose networks (training + on-device inference).
- Own a critical perception stack end-to-end and see it run on real robots.
- Small, senior team; high impact, fast iteration.
- Competitive salary + meaningful equity; great gear and lots of field time.
