VP of Product

• Define and shape the long-term product vision.
• Develop, lead, and execute the overall product strategy.
• Own the product roadmap and communicate it clearly across the company.
• Collaborate with world-class engineering and data science teams to deliver on the roadmap.
• Establish and implement best practices across the entire product lifecycle.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management organization and culture.
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
• Identify market opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management roles.
• At least 7 years of experience leading teams of Product Managers in a hyper-growth SaaS company.
• Proven experience in leading product vision, strategy, and execution.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products to market.
• Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Fluent in English - both spoken and written.

• 5+ years of experience working on large-scale data platforms and intelligence (AI/ML).
• Experience in the marketing/Ad tech industry
