**This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, offering help desk support, repairing desktop computers, and maintaining system efficiency. Daily tasks include responding to user queries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and setting up and configuring computer systems and networks.**Qualifications

- Proficiency in Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with IT systems and services in a commercial or private sector setting is a plus
- A relevant degree or certification in IT or a related field
