The team is international, highly experienced, and focused on solving real-world technical challenges.In this role, you will manage complex relational and NoSQL databases across development and production. You'll ensure performance, stability, and data security for high-load systems. You'll work closely with the team leader and collaborate with engineers globally, gaining hands-on experience with modern tooling and contributing to the scalability of business-critical infrastructure.Responsibilities

Manage Relational and NoSQL DBMS across development and production environments.
Configure and maintain database servers and load balancers, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
Participate in on-call incident escalations, providing real-time issue resolution.
Automate processes, track issues, and document changes.
Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployments.
Support data migration between different DBMS.
(On-call duty required)

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing and optimizing high-load, highly-available databases in production environments: MySQL or SQL or PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with ProxySQL or MySQL Orchestrator.
Strong expertise in Linux operating systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Excellent communication skills with a good level of English.
