A leading organization is looking for a Team Lead to manage and drive its data infrastructure and operations - a dynamic role combining leadership, hands-on technical responsibility, and innovation.🔹 Role Overview:

Lead a multidisciplinary team including developers, infrastructure engineers, operations, and DBAs (internal staff and external vendors/contractors)
Oversee the data warehouse and ETL/ELT processes
Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers
Develop processes, create monitoring solutions, upgrade applications, and manage data platforms
Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools as needed

🔹 Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the BI/Data field
Minimum 1 year of experience leading a BI or data team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or BI-related field
Strong understanding of DWH architecture and experience with databases such as Oracle and Exadata
Advantage: Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage), Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake), and NoSQL
Experience working with infrastructure teams - including servers, cybersecurity, networking, and databases
Agile work experience - an advantage
