- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, functional, and well-equipped working environment.
- Manage computer equipment and IT-related assets, including sourcing laptops and accessories for new employees and maintaining inventory records.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate food deliveries for meetings and events.
- Organize internal team events and provide day-to-day administrative support across departments.
- Efficiently process supplier orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Issue invoices, deposit checks, and liaise with the finance team to ensure correct recording in systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate communication.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and maintain accurate collections records.
- Part-time availability (3 days per week with flexibility in both working hours and days; minimum 2 days in-office)
- Fluent English (mandatory), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or higher
- Prior experience in an administrative, finance, or operations support role
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
