Technical Lead - Data Integration

We're looking for a hands-on technical lead to own and deliver end-to-end data integration projects. This cross-functional role is 80% hands-on and involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to design and implement scalable integration solutions.What You'll Do:

Lead integration projects from scope definition to delivery
Own communication with technical stakeholders (internal & customer-side)
Integrate external data sources via APIs, streams, and databases
Set up secure pipelines using VPNs, firewalls, and cloud infra (AWS VPC, EC2, SQS)
Support customers in implementing Solitics SDKs (Web & Mobile)
Write transformation logic using scripting/description-based languages
Monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability
Improve templates, documentation, and share technical best practices

What You Bring:Must-have:

2-3 years in integration or system implementation roles
Experience with ETL/ELT, APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ/SQS, and data pipelines
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
Customer-facing and cross-team collaboration skills
Experience in SaaS/data platforms

Nice-to-have:

Backend development experience
Knowledge of VPN/firewall configuration
Experience mentoring or improving team processes
