- Lead the end-to-end development of data products, from ideation and specification to launch, analysis, and iteration. Focus on features that drive AI automation, machine learning-based insights, and scalable data pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Design, and Executive teams to define product requirements and ensure execution aligns with company objectives.
- Partner directly with clients and integration engineers to understand their operational data structures and design robust onboarding processes. Ensure smooth ingestion and transformation of external data sources, including files (CSV, JSON, XLSX), APIs, and both structured and unstructured formats.
- Model and document client and platform data to support AI use cases, focusing on data normalization, enrichment, cross-source joinability, and schema design that scales across enterprise use cases.
- Work closely with Data Scientists to define and validate model features, monitor ML performance in production, and establish accuracy thresholds and estimation logic for outputs.
- Drive the standardization of data collection logic across diverse systems, including warehouses, devices, and operational tools, to ensure consistency and usability at scale.
- Use SQL and Python to explore, manipulate, and validate large datasets. Leverage these skills to test product hypotheses, support implementation, and ensure data accuracy.
- Define and enforce data quality and integrity checks to ensure trustworthy, production-ready inputs that meet business and analytical needs.
- Build and maintain internal dashboards that provide visibility into critical data flows, model performance, and user adoption metrics.
- Conduct user research and analyze product usage data to identify gaps and opportunities, informing ongoing prioritization and product decisions.
- Continuously prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact, user needs, technical feasibility, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment across stakeholders and ensure every product initiative is grounded in clear value delivery, measurable outcomes, and strategic focus.
- B2B SaaS product management experience in a startup environment (B2E experience - advantage).
- Experience with data and machine learning products.
- Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience using analytics tools, conducting usability studies, and leveraging market research.
- Strong proficiency in technical data handling, e.g., writing SQL or Python scripts to manipulate data - strong advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing product development end-to-end - from roadmap planning and requirement gathering to launch and iteration.
- Proven ability to independently drive projects while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
