**HiBob is looking for a tech-savvy IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our global IT team, based in our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you'll support both local employees and global users, providing hands-on and remote assistance with hardware, software, company events, and day-to-day IT needs. Your responsibilities will include configuration, troubleshooting, system monitoring, maintaining IT asset inventory, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of collaboration tools and video conferencing systems. You'll work with the latest technologies for device management, identity access, and automation, helping to maintain a secure, efficient, and high-performing IT environment.
