- Lead GTM Strategy: Define and execute the commercial strategy for the US market, aligned with company-wide goals and KPIs.
- Build a Scalable Sales Foundation: Develop and refine repeatable sales processes, from pipeline generation to deal closing, and help establish best-in-class operating discipline.
- Drive Strategic Engagement: Identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including Heads of Customer Experience, Customer Service, Contact Centers, Sales, and Operations.
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to align messaging, influence the roadmap, and deliver measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.
- Close Key Deals: Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, using a consultative, solution-based approach to position Hear's value proposition.
- A sales leader with 6+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in early-stage or high-growth startups, with direct responsibility for driving sales strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals in the US mid-market and enterprise space.
- Strategic and hands-on, owning the full sales cycle end-to-end..
- Expert in consultative, value-based selling to senior stakeholders (e.g., CX, Sales, Ops, Contact Center executives).
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with deep knowledge of the US customer landscape.
- Based in Israel and able to work US hours.
- Experience selling AI, analytics, or voice-tech solutions into customer service, contact center, or sales organizations..
- Existing network of relationships among CX, Customer Service, and Operations leaders in the US market.
- Previous experience scaling a startup's commercial presence in North America.
