BOA Ideas has been delivering web solutions for over 19 years. We are Shopify experts, application developers, and specialists in third-party system integrations. Our team supports a wide range of digital projects, continuously expanding our expertise alongside our growing client base.We're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead e-commerce website implementations from start to finish - and beyond.You'll play a key role in shaping client success while growing within a rapidly scaling company.If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital commerce, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do

Lead e-commerce website projects end-to-end: from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is understood and delivered.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, content)
Collaborate closely with our Webmaster and Development teams.
Ensure timely delivery, budget control, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in project management within web and e-commerce environments (must)
Strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with development teams and assess project risks
Confident handling of financial aspects - including budget planning, cost tracking, and reporting
A creative problem-solver with the ability to balance detail-oriented and big-picture thinking
Proactive, fast learner, with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with the Shopify platform
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and traditional project management methodologies
