- Responsible for crafting strategic brand project roadmaps and briefs to further develop the brand's identity.
- Develop and execute strategies and marketing communication plans to establish brand identity along the consumer journey.
- Be part of the implementation, launch and ongoing activation of global brand product projects in line with Brand messaging.
- Working closely with SodaStream's HQ teams, particularly with the Insight team, to acquire and comprehend the local market's requirements, and with the Product team to develop the product's positioning and marketing stories.
- Manage suppliers and stakeholders (production, digital, social and creative) to deliver according to brand guidelines and follow up throughout the entire process.
- Ensure global guidelines are upheld during all execution of the brand activation.
- Budget management
- 5+ years' experience in managing strategic rebranding/repositioning projects.
- Proven experience in an advertising agency (at the marketing strategy/planning team) or brand design agency is an advantage.
- Experience in multi-tasking and working with multiple interfaces.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent English. (Native speakers, advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar experience
- Strong Strategic thinking
