We are looking for an experienced Backend Team Leader to lead and manage a skilled Backend Team within a dynamic, large-scale technology division.This role involves guiding a team of backend developers, driving high-quality development practices, and delivering complex, large-scale projects.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a Backend Team Lead, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Drive backend development for complex projects based on a Microservices architecture.
Integrate and implement AI capabilities and Vibe Coding into development processes.
Work with relational and non-relational databases (MSSQL, MongoDB, DB2, SQL, NoSQL).
Apply modern methodologies in Dev Culture, Testing, and Best Practices throughout the SDLC.
Create technical design documents, specifications, and conduct code reviews.
Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs, including API architecture and best practices.
Work with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading backend development teams in an Agile environment.
Strong hands-on background in Java and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and building solutions using Microservices.
Deep understanding of database technologies, both relational and non-relational.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
Strong organizational skills, high accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Passion for technology, self-learning ability, and eagerness to influence technological direction.
