As a Senior Gen AI Software Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered backend and agentic workflows that transform how our engineering teams build, test, and operate at scale. You will drive technical direction, mentor others, and champion cross-team initiatives in areas such as CI/CD optimization, observability, and knowledge discovery.You will:

Architect and implement scalable backend systems and Gen AI workflows that enhance engineering productivity
Guide design decisions and influence technical direction across global teams
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embedding strategies, and secure MCP server integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, AI-powered engineering solutions
Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence

Deep experience in backend or platform engineering, with strong architectural judgment
Hands-on expertise with Gen AI frameworks, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable systems including MCP server integrations
Experience guiding design decisions and mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment
Strong communication and leadership skills to influence teams across geographies

Desirable Requirements

5 to 8+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
