In this role, you will play a central part in bridging cutting-edge AI research and real-world applications by building scalable, intuitive web applications that showcase the power and potential of GenAI.As a key technical lead, you will transform AI-driven ideas into operational, production-ready systems that deliver real impact to our global customers. You’ll work at the intersection of deep tech, product design, and user experience to shape the future of digital intelligence tools.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Development of GenAI Applications: Build and maintain full-stack solutions that bring GenAI research into production environments.
Design Scalable Architectures: Create flexible and modular systems that can evolve with rapidly changing AI technologies.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with GenAI researchers, product managers, and designers to integrate AI capabilities into intuitive user interfaces.
Prototype and Experiment: Rapidly iterate on AI-driven concepts to explore innovative use cases and technologies.
Optimize Performance: Implement best practices for scalability, responsiveness, and system robustness across frontend and backend services.

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience:
5–7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
1+ years of proven experience with agentic GenAI systems in production environments.
Experience in building web applications with React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
Experience with Python-based backends and AI-related services.
Experience in cloud environments (GCP – advantage).

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of React, Node.js, and Python.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, containerization, and cloud deployment.
Experience with RAG solutions, agentic frameworks, and performance optimization.

Soft Skills:

Creative and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Passion for innovation and willingness to explore emerging technologies.
