Forex Industry - A leading international company in the Forex and Fintech industry is seeking a Head of Reconciliation to lead and manage all reconciliation processes across the organization. This critical role includes full responsibility for financial reconciliations between trading platforms, PSPs, banks, credit card providers, and client trust accounts, ensuring accuracy, control, and operational insight.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Reconciliation located in the Ra'anana District, Israel. The Head of Reconciliation will oversee daily reconciliation tasks, ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, manage reconciliation team members, and coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing reconciliation policies, preparing detailed reports, and facilitating audits. Additionally, the role requires managing workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks and continuous improvement in reconciliation processes.Reports to: Global CFOQualifications

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial reconciliation, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
Experience managing and leading a team
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with different departments
Proficiency in reconciliation software and financial systems
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
