- 4-6 years creating multi-channel campaigns for B2C brands (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio shows mastery of video production-concepting, directing, editing-and a knack for cinematic storytelling.
- Comfortable leading UGC initiatives: sourcing creators, briefing them, weaving content into larger narratives.
- Equally excited about high-performing ads and in-app creative (micro-copy, visual cues, onboarding flows).
- Fluent in Adobe CC + Figma (bonus: Premiere/DaVinci Resolve or motion-graphics chops).
- Metrics-curious-you debate ROAS & retention curves as eagerly as color palettes.
- Excellent English writing; Hebrew a plus.
- Proven ability to manage creative budgets and production timelines effectively.
- Concept & Execute: End-to-end creative for cinematic videos, paid social, lifecycle emails, landing pages, and in-app therapy-aligned masterclass experiences.
- Video Production Leadership: Write treatments, scout talent, direct shoots, manage post-production, and ensure assets land on time & on budget.
- UGC Strategy: Design programs that inspire authentic user stories; curate, edit, and amplify the best submissions across channels.
- Collaborate Closely with Growth and Product to align creative with acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
- Refine Brand Voice & Look: Document guidelines; safeguard consistency across all touchpoints.
- Performance Loop: Track creative KPIs; turn insights into rapid, data-backed iterations.
- External Partner Management: Brief and oversee freelance creators, editors, and production studios when needed.
- Budget & Timeline Ownership: Ensure all creative work is scoped realistically, meets budget parameters, and launches on schedule.
- Experience in wellness, health-tech, or relationship-focused therapy products.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools or dynamic content generation.
- Comfort with 3D, interactive/webGL, or live-action docu-style formats.
- Success launching campaigns in multiple markets/languages.
