Senior Computer Vision / Video Processing Engineer

- Lead and contribute to the development of novel video-based AI/ML solutions, including LLMs tailored to healthcare-specific applications.
- Design & develop production-grade video processing algorithms for object detection/classification, advanced action segmentation, 3D reconstruction, etc.
- Design & develop models combining modern LLM/vLLM solutions with classic video processing methods.
- Tackle unexplored challenges across computer vision, natural language processing, and multi-modal AI domains.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design a product that transforms therapy delivery and patient outcomes.
- Passion to build and drive to meet ambitious goals and timelines.
- Leadership skills and a desire to grow into a tech leadership or team lead role.
- Strong background in computer vision & video processing with hands-on experience in:
- Image acquisition, preprocessing, classification & extraction
- Action segmentation, object detection & recognition
- 3D reconstruction and mesh/point cloud processing
- Pose estimation and emotion analysis
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures:
- CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.
- Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning
- Experience developing, optimizing and fine-tuning custom DL/LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, transformers, etc.
- Familiarity with computer vision tools and libraries like OpenCV.
- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
- Experience with containerized workloads is a strong advantage.
