Serve as a key gatekeeper for engineering changes, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with methodology before release to production.
Review and validate Engineering Change Orders, ensuring alignment with configuration and release standards
Ensuring accuracy Bill of Materials (BOM) and product configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Engineering, Program Managers, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely change implementation
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to change control methodologies

What We Need To See

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
2+ years' experience with product BOM (Bill of Material) and Change Control management, Product Configuration
Hardworking great teammate, with initiative skills; Independent and capable of leading tasks from start to end
Strong attention to detail
Capable of multi-tasking and performing well under high-pressure and dynamic situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sharp thinking and good decision-making skills
Microsoft Office tools - Excellent control in Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools
Languages: English - Strong writing, reading and verbal skills
