- Financial Support: Managing purchases and orders, preparing payments, negotiating with suppliers, contract management and operation, budget reporting, and petty cash management.
- Operational & Administrative Support: General office management and event operation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance/administration (e.g., invoice review, payment preparation).
- Highly proficient in English and Hebrew (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Technical orientation.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural organization is an advantage.
