By creating tools and procedures that enable true agility, such as continuous integration and delivery, we drive growth and success for our partners.About The PositionWe are seeking a hands-on and strategic Finance Manager to lead all financial aspects of the company. This role combines day-to-day financial operations with high-level strategic planning and requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and business performance management. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and business-oriented CPA with a proven track record in managing finance in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a finance manager
Proven experience managing company revenue of 50M ILS or more annually
CPA certification - mandatory
Experience working directly with executive leadership (C-level)
Prior experience in service companies or SaaS companies - preferred
Strong understanding of revenue models based on billable hours or project-based billing - preferred
Experience managing both in-house finance staff and outsourced teams
Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset
Experience in payroll processing and compliance

Qualifications

Budget management, financial reporting, and financial analysis skills
Expertise in financial compliance, and process improvement
Proficiency with financial software and tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
Experience working in or with technology companies is advantageous
Ability to work independently and in a team
