- This role requires availability during the following hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00-20:00, Wednesday: 08:00-17:00.
- You will coordinate meetings with multiple participants worldwide.
- You will be arranging business trips abroad (overall logistics).
- You will assist in arranging off-site meetings, conventions, conferences and seminars.
- You will be in charge of the ongoing day-to-day at the office.
- English - at a high level
- Proficiency in written and spoken business English and Microsoft Office computer programs, specifically MS Office.
- To be proactive, professional and have a strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged, confidential and/or non-public information appropriately.
- Proven ability to make decisions and recommendations for situations not falling clearly within established rules or guidelines as necessary as well as out-of-the-box. thinking and ability to use common sense and make decisions quickly.
- You will use your experience and insights to help shape the Amdocs' experience of customers, and internal employees.
