With over $10 billion in monthly transaction volume and 150+ customers, Utila is shaping the future of secure crypto infrastructure.**Job Summary**We're looking for a proactive, data-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to help streamline our sales processes, improve conversion efficiency, and support strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in scaling our go-to-market operations by automating key sales workflows, managing lead pipelines, and supporting partner channels that drive growth. You'll work closely with GTM, Marketing, and Sales to optimize the full funnel - from lead generation to deal closure.Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and improve scalable sales processes that drive lead conversion and deal velocity.
Own and maintain CRM data integrity and ensure best practices for pipeline management (HubSpot).
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead routing, tracking, and reporting.
Support onboarding and enablement of sales and partner teams with tools, playbooks, and process documentation.
Identify and implement automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
Monitor sales KPIs, build performance dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Help evaluate and support partnerships that generate qualified leads or influence pipelines.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environment.
Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and ability to build and maintain scalable processes.
Comfortable building reports and dashboards.
Experience with GTM automation tools and workflows.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with AI and Data tools.
Knowledge of B2B sales funnels and SaaS GTM strategies.
Experience in crypto, fintech, or a fast-growing startup is highly desirable.
