- Own and manage the full sales cycle (outbound-focused)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and motivations
- Qualify candidates based on program criteria
- Present the value of our programs with clarity and impact
- Close sales while maintaining high integrity and alignment with client needs
- Track all activity in our CRM (Monday.com) with attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing and ops for smooth lead flow and customer experience
- Native-level English (must have been raised in the US or Canada)
- 1+ years of experience in B2C phone sales
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Understanding of US/Canadian culture and consumer mindset
- Tech-savvy or quick to learn systems and tools
- Highly motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Must be based in Israel and available for in-office work in Ramat Gan
